NOTICE OF MEETING
2024 Annual General Membership Meeting
Malugod naming inaanyayahan ang lahat ng miyembro ng UP Provident Fund (UPPF) na dumalo sa ating Annual General Membership Meeting (AGMM) na gaganapin sa Agosto 17, 2024 (Sabado), simula 10:00 ng umaga sa School of Statistics Auditorium, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City.
Mga Paalala
- Magbubukas ang registration sa venue simula 8:00 ng umaga.
- Magdala ng isang (1) valid ID para makapag-register. Ang mga lehitimong miyembro lamang ang maaaring makadalo sa ating pagpupulong.
- May limited supply ng giveaways at free lunch na ipagkakaloob para lamang sa ating early bird registrants. Hindi lahat ng dadalo ay makakatanggap nito.
- Magsisimula ang ating Pre-Program Activities ng 8:30 ng umaga at ang mismong AGMM ng 10:00 ng umaga.
- Kung hindi makakadalo, maaari kayong magbigay ng signed Proxy Form sa ating campus cluster offices o ipadala ito via Email para meron kayong representasyon sa AGMM.
